Just stayed for two nights as we had a couple of warranty jobs done on the caravan at a local dealer. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever and have just booked again for August. Lovely lady on reception gave us all the info we needed, as did all the other great staff. Great rooms and perfectly located for our needs. The food and drinks were also spot on so highly recommended. Looking forward to seeing you on 14th of August again

My room and the facilities were first class with a really good choice of breakfast the following morning. The only thing that stopped it from being a five star experience was the condition of the fabric in places like hallways with holes in some of the walls etc.

We booked this on a sale and it was remarkable value. Our room was really nice and well equipped with coffee making facilities, hair drier, iron and soft white towels. The decor was a little tired in places but it was clean, warm and comfy. Loads of parking at the rear by the hotel reception. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the food. We ordered our evening meal and were told it would be an hours wait, and it was. The staff looked a little stretched and were clearly struggling to keep up with customer numbers. We weren't able to go elsewhere. The meal was OK. Breakfast was also rather average. The full English was dry and meat was tough. I suspect it had been holding for some time. Coffee and pastries ran out, but were replenished when we asked. We would definitely stay again, but will plan to eat elsewhere.
